OpenLR™ - Web service
An online web service (beta release) for OpenLR™ encoding and decoding is available as part of
the European Center for Innovation in Geospatial & Location Based Services ("Innovation Center").
The Innovation Center is a testbed for rapid prototyping of geo-spatial applications and services,
hosted by Tele Atlas and Oracle, with a community of 125 organizations taking part.
